Event Details
Check in starts at 10:30am, and teams will be scheduled at different staggered start times throughout the day, with the earliest team starting at 12:00pm. Each team will be provided their scheduled start time leading up to the event.
Ammo is provided at the range and individuals are encouraged to bring their own shotgun.
Lunch will be provided by Texas Prime Catering. Extra plates will be available for purchase.
Mulligans, raffle tickets and card game chances will be available for purchase.

We invite local businesses and community partners to support the event through sponsorships, which will provide them with visibility while contributing to a meaningful cause. Sponsorship levels include:
- Presenting Lifesaver Sponsor $5,000
- Premier recognition, event signage, and complimentary 2 team entries.
- Gold Sponsor $3,500
- Logo placement on event materials and team entry.
- Silver Sponsor $2,000
- Recognition in marketing materials and team entry.

- Logo placement at a shooting station.
