Harper Peeples was a precious and outgoing three year old child who loved animals, especially elephants.

Through learning the story of Harper’s short life after a tragic drowning, a group of volunteers came together to honor her legacy by forming a non-profit with the mission to teach life saving skills to all members of our communities.

Nearly 20 years later, The Miss Tristan Foundation has the honor of continuing her legacy by providing no-cost CPR education classes to children, parents, families and members of our San Antonio community.
