Job Duties Responsibilities
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointments
- assist with organizing and attending events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- managing databases and filing systems
- keeping inventory, ordering supplies and organizational management of office and storage unit
- managing social media, website and monthly newsletters
- attending events, helping cover swim program w ED, orientations, fundraisers
- creating presentations
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems/Notebooks for events and programs
- liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients

More Information
- Hours will average 20 per week with some weeks requiring up to 40 hours per week and some weeks requiring very few hours.
- Reports to the Executive Director
- This job is part-time through summer of 2022 with an option to go full-time in fall of 2022 (or sooner), applicants should consider their availability and willingness to go full-time and their ability to work part-time for up to six-eight months.
Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Be able to lift 25lbs
- Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive and use navigation software
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office/Canva/Google/Mail Chimp
- 2 References: one must be a previous employer willing to answer the question “Would you hire this applicant again?”
Salary
- $12-$15/hour, 20 hours a week, paid bi-monthly
- Mileage reimbursement
