FREE CPR Education

The Miss Tristan Foundation provides no-cost, CPR educational programs across our San Antonio community.

All courses are taught under the American Heart Association Guidelines

FAMILY AND FRIENDS CPR – (approximately 3 hour class)

• Includes CPR and AED training for Adults: Hands-Only CPR, Choking for Adults
• CPR and AED for Children: Push and Give Breaths: Choking in Children
• CPR for infants: Push and Give Breaths: Choking in Infants

ADULTS HANDS-ONLY – (approximately 1 hour class)

• Includes CPR and AED training for Adults: Hands-Only CPR: Choking in Adults

CHILD AND INFANT CPR – (approximately 1.5 hour class)

• Includes CPR and AED training Children. CPR for infants: Push and Give Breaths: Choking in Children and Infant.
